At DEL ALMA, we strive to provide an exceptional stay in an environment where history, design, and hospitality come together to create a unique experience. We appreciate your cooperation in complying with the following policies.

• Please note: There is a charge of $500 MXN tax per additional person per night, without breakfast included.
• Pet access is limited to small breed dogs and cats subject to payment of the corresponding fee for stay, signing of regulations and retention in guarantee.

• Parking available at an additional cost.
• The hotel has semi-adapted mobility for wheelchairs.
• Rooms are offered according to the capacity and furniture configuration defined for each category.

RESERVATION POLICIES

• Public rates per room per night in Mexican pesos - MXN plus taxes (16% VAT + 4.5% ISH).
• All reservations made at our establishment must be guaranteed in accordance with the reservation policy.
• For peak seasons or when the hotel requires it, the reservation must be guaranteed with full payment of the stay including taxes.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

• Changes or cancellations made 30 days before arrival are free of charge. If the cancellation or modification occurs outside of the policies and/or the guest does not show up on the day of arrival, one night plus taxes will be charged to the credit card as a guarantee.
• In the event of any early departure, no refund will be issued.

SCHEDULES

• Check-in time: 3:00 PM and check-out time: 11:00 AM.
• 24-hour customer and guest service.
• Departures after 12:00 without prior notice will incur additional charges.
