NICTÉ-HA
NICTÉ HA
Not everything that leaves disappears; some souls bloom.
In the Mayan language, Nicté Ha means Water Flower.
Legend tells of Princess Nicté Ha, pure of heart, who fell in love with a young warrior from a rival lineage. Their love was forbidden. Upon discovering it, her father ordered the warrior's death to prevent their union.
Desperate and with a deep connection to nature and the sacred cenotes, Nicté Ha begged the gods to let her stay with her beloved. Moved by her purity, they transformed her into a white flower that floats eternally on the water, suspended between heaven and earth.
The prince, upon seeing the flower, understood that his beloved lived within it, asked not to be separated from it, and was transformed into a red cardinal bird that has since flown over the cenotes, accompanying the water flower.
This room honors that love that does not disappear, but transforms.
Here, the atmosphere is serene and luminous.
Nicté Ha represents the soul that, even in the face of adversity, chooses to flourish.
A space designed for deep rest, to reconnect with what is essential and to inhabit the moment of stillness. Like a flower that floats without sinking, this room sustains without burden.
Some memories never fade. And some souls always find a way to endure.
