EXTRAORDINARY EXPERIENCES

ROOTS

This experience takes you to the heart of culinary tradition in Halachó, where chef Wilson Alonzo shares the secrets of regional cuisine in an intimate class that honors the flavors that have been passed down from generation to generation. Among local ingredients, traditional techniques, and recipes with history, you will discover the gastronomic richness that is part of the soul of this land.

The experience continues with a visit to the San Ignacio Cenote, a natural space where you can refresh yourself and connect with the serenity that characterizes the landscapes of the region.

ARTE

This experience combines two completely different places. Our tour begins at Hacienda Sotuta de Peón, a place where the traditional henequen production process is still preserved. Among antique machinery, fields, and trails, you'll learn the history of the fiber that transformed the region.

The second destination is Plantel Matilde, a creative space that has breathed new life into a former industrial building. Now a meeting point for contemporary art, it brings together architecture, design, and artistic expressions that engage with the site's past.
